X’Mas 2004 & New Year 2005

The last month of the year always brings with it a lot of festivities and fun. This year 2004, was no exception. It all started with the first week of December which has the Sint-Niklas day. This triggers on the shopping season which we made full use of.

The weeks leading up to Christmas make the entire place colourful with streets and buildings lit up with lights. The Christmas weekend also brings the annual parade in our town. This year though was not a white Christmas.

New year was rather quiet, with a dinner out in the evening. Mekal did enjoy the evening out. You can find photographs taken during this season here…
